Fernando has been the best. He helped from the beginning and answered any and all questions regarding the time of day including days he was off. He would get back with me with answers to anything that was asked. He went the extra step to communicate between the bank and myself to make sure everything was going smooth. Took the time to help find the best insurance prices so it was one less thing I had to deal with. I would highly recommend Fernando and the staff for all manufactured homes. Thank you all for being the best at what you do and making this process so smooth and easy for my first time purchasing.

I am beyond impressed with these people. Brianna has been the best help from first coming in to the closing and I love the new home me and my family are getting. They have other beautiful homes on their lot for anybody else looking for a new mobile home. I’d recommend to anybody!
